I done seent carne asada (which I overcooked), broccoli (which was steamed for the appropriate amount of time), and some rice with some fixin’s and a little sweet chili sauce.

Red beans and rice with andouille sausage from a local sandwich joint. A nice little bite to it, even without adding hot sauce.

I made us a  metric ton of baked ziti. It was pretty good, but now I have to have it for lunch the rest of the week.

It’s too bad the beef was overcooked but it still looks good to eat.

Haven’t had much of an appetite tonight so all I had was some bread and butter along with a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which I haven’t had in a very long time and is awesome.

We did seared tuna steaks with rice and veggies. Didn’t make enough of the latter and now we’re both still hungry.  I think popcorn and beer are in my future!

the other night I had:

chicken pot pie, xtra crispy breast, 1/2 a large popcorn chicken from KFC

then I can home and made some more chicken nuggets from my freezer

then I made a cheeseburger

then I made another cheese burger

alll that probably between 7 p m and 11 pm

Green chile quinoa casserole. Wi fe had the kids running around with her when I got home, so I was able to cook/clean/eat with just my dog to interrupt me. Your carne doesn’t look bad. My Mexican step grandma used to cook the shit out of hers. She was a bit nuts, but it still tasted great.

White rice, black beans, microwave steamed veggies, and sesame ginger dressing. Probably some summer sausage I got on sale the other day for dessert. Q uite the epicurean as you can see.

Usually a tomato sauce. I cheated and used a cheap jar of spaghetti sauce and added ground beef. Toss it with the pasta, put in baking dish, top with mozzarella and parmesan and bake it.

I do not, actually. We just come from the M idwest where it’s normal to throw all food in a casserole dish and flood it with cheese.

Might be the only Italian dish that jives with midwestern cuisine. I see you used proper cheese and not  some shit from Wisconsin, so well done.
